Always good food and service. We had the green chile burger, pear salad, chips and salsa, and of course the flan. Had breakfast this morning 11/15/25, Very good Huevos Rancheos and Smothered Breakfast Burrito. Check out their Dark Mocha, delicious..
Fantastic dinner in old town, Santa Fe great staff delicious food highly recommend the vegetarian enchiladas and the beef fajitas. The lemonade and the unsweet tea were very good as well. Good family ran establishment.
Although all the plates looks the same it’s completely different. My favorite dish they had was the Chile Relleno plate. Although the Enchiladas plate was really good as well. It’s a nice whole in the wall that we really enjoyed.
Enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and the friendly service. I think staying with New Mexican options is the best idea, as the steak tacos were delicious but the pesto mozzarella panini was disappointing, swimming in mayo and not actually a panini, more like a sandwich on ciabatta. I will definitely go back for the service and to try more of the menu.
We had a fantastic time dining at this wonderful restaurant—an absolute gem in the heart of Santa Fe. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the entire experience left a lasting impression especially having the opportunity to speak with the Chef and owner Damian Muñoz and hearing his life story was inspiring. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a memorable meal while exploring the city, I highly recommend making this spot part of your visit. It’s a must when in Santa Fe!
My family attempted to get into the Shed, as everything in the world told us to. Unfortunately the hour wait wouldn’t work for us. So we walk uphill to Palacio’s, and we couldn’t have been happier we did. Jonathon our server was super helpful, and patient with our requests, and worked miracles in the kitchen. Then the food arrived. I live in Phoenix, and have had really good Mexican food. This place puts them all to shame. The food was perfectly balanced, flavorful, and generous in portions. We’re in town for the next week and I plan on going back as many times as possible. Oh and if asked get the chips and salsa!
This is a cute little restaurant in downtown Santa Fe that's super convenient and delicious. We had a simple meal of enchiladas that was very flavorful. If we had stayed in the area longer, we would have returned to try some other dishes. The rice was a little crunchy for my liking, but overall, it was good.
The best breakfast we had in Santa Fe! The breakfast burrito with both types of chile is amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful being new to the area. Definitely recommend giving Palacios a try.
